Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.

They mainly do:

&#(phone number removed); Kitchen and bathroom installations
&#(phone number removed);? Property refurbishments
? Adaptations for residents
? Electrical, heating and plumbing work

&#(phone number removed); General repairs and planned works

Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Finishers / Multi Traders to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of finishing and multi-trade works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

• Experience as a Finisher / Multi Trader.

• Good knowledge across a range of trades.

• High standard of workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

• Professional approach when working in residents' homes.

• NVQ & CSCS required.
