Position: Multi-Trade Operative
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: Tonbridge
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: -23.54/hour on UMB (Temp to perm)

Benefits: Van and fuel card provided

Role Overview:

We''re looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract to Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. You''ll deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents'' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades
Full UK driving licence (over 21, held for 3+ months, <6 points)
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Understanding of health & safety regulations
