This is a permanent opportunity working within social housing carrying out a range of responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied properties.The RoleAs a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within the required timescales.Duties will include:Carrying out general property repairs and maintenanceCarpentry and joinery repairsBasic plumbing and patch plasteringTiling and other general maintenance worksCompleting repairs within occupied social housing propertiesDiagnosing issues and carrying out remedial worksEnsuring work is completed safely and to a high standardProviding a professional and friendly service to residentsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative within property maintenance or social housing.You should have:Experience carrying out a range of property maintenance repairsGood practical knowledge across multiple tradesExcellent attention to detail and pride in your workGood communication skills and a professional approachThe ability to work independently and manage your own workloadA full UK driving licenceWhat''s on Offer? 40,660 per yearPermanent, full-time ..... full job details .....
