Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our team on an ongoing contract basis in Leeds. Working on a busy social housing contract, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality kitchen refits to domestic properties.

If you pride yourself on a high standard of finish and enjoy a varied workload where no two days are the same, this is the role for you.

• Carrying out full kitchen strip-outs and installations.
• Fitting kitchen units, worktops, and end panels to a high standard.
• Completing associated trade tasks including wall tiling (splashbacks) and patch plastering.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents.
• Leaving properties clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each day.

• Proven experience in kitchen fitting and multi-trade environments (Social housing experience is highly desirable).
• Strong skills in carpentry/joinery, tiling, and basic patch plastering.
• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
• Own tools and full PPE.
• Full UK Driving Licence (and access to your own transport/van is preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be working in occupied homes.
