Job Description

• Carry out responsive-maintenance and repair-works-across occupied and-void social housing-properties in the-Barnsley area
• Complete a variety-of-multi-trade tasks-to a high-standard, ensuring properties-are maintained safely-and efficiently
• Work independently-and as part-of a wider-maintenance team to-complete jobs within-agreed timescales
• Provide-a professional and-customer-focused service-when working within-tenants'' homes
• Follow all health-and safety-procedures, including compliance with-company policies and-industry standards

Requirements

• Previous experience working-as a-Multi-Trader within-a maintenance environment
• NVQ Level 2-or equivalent trade-qualification
• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience-within the-social housing sector-is desirable
• Full UK driving-licence
