This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a temporary-to-permanent position.The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties. Candidates should be confident working across multiple trades and able to complete jobs independently from start to finish, delivering a high-quality service to residents. Daily responsibilities:Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing propertiesCompleting a range of multi-trade works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and making goodDiagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and to a high standardManaging jobs independently from start to finishProviding excellent customer service while working in residents'' homesAccurately recording works completedIdentifying and reporting any additional works or property issuesEnsuring all works are completed safely and efficientlyParticipating in an out-of-hours emergency repair rota where required Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative:Proven experience carrying out domestic repairs and maintenance across multiple tradesStrong skills in at least two or more ..... full job details .....
