-40,090 Basic Salary
Plus 1 in 5 Out-of-Hours Callout Rota (-525 per week when on call)
39 hours per week

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm

We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on behalf of a leading housing provider, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties.

• Joinery and general maintenance repairs
• Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Working independently to complete repairs efficiently
• Participation in the out-of-hours callout rota

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent
• Strong joinery background with multi-trade experience
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Social housing experience desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own power tools
