Multi-Trade Plumber - Portsmouth & Chichester

A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out reactive repairs and void works across Portsmouth, Chichester, and surrounding areas.

• -22.50 per hour (Umbrella)
• -36,250 per annum (Permanent)

• Carry out responsive repairs and void property maintenance.
• Complete plumbing repairs, installations, leak detection, and fault finding.
• Undertake bathroom and kitchen plumbing works.
• Carry out basic multi-trade tasks including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating.
• Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Use a PDA/mobile device to manage and update jobs.

• Strong plumbing background.
• Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance.
• Good all-round multi-trade skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided).
• DBS check required (completed at offer stage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
