Rate: -22.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing contractor based in Harlow, Essex. They''re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a strong background in carpentry and UPVC repairs, particularly on windows and front doors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-established team handling both emergency and planned maintenance in occupied properties. The role offers stability, a competitive umbrella rate, and a company van.

• Proven experience in carpentry and UPVC repairs (windows, doors, locks)
• Comfortable working independently and responding to emergency call-outs
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in social housing or domestic maintenance (preferred)

• -22.00 per hour (umbrella)
• 37.5-hour working week (Monday to Friday)
• Company van, tools, and uniform provided
