We''re seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance team working across social housing properties in East London. All properties are within walking distance, making this a convenient and efficient role for the right candidate.

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Perform a range of tasks including carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and basic plumbing.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

• Proven experience in social housing maintenance.
• Relevant trade qualifications or strong hands-on experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic DBS check required.

• -2324 per hour (Umbrella)
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
