Multi Track Injury Lawyer

Role overview A leading national insurance law firm is looking to recruit an experienced injury lawyer its specialist EL/PL team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of Intermediate and Multi-Track Employers'' Liability and Public Liability claims, acting for a range of major retail and corporate clients. You''ll manage predominantly litigated matters valued between £25,000 and £100,000, while benefiting from a highly flexible working arrangement with only one day per week required in the Liverpool office. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed Proven experience handling litigated EL and PL claims. Strong understanding of liability, causation and quantum. Ability to manage cases from instruction through to resolution. Excellent client management, negotiation and reporting skills. Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is desirable. Retail liability experience would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively. What''s on Offer?
