Intermediate/Multi Track File Handler

Keoghs'' Retail Team is seeking to recruit an Intermediate / Multi Track File Handler to manage a caseload of non-delegated Intermediate / Multi Track Employers'' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims. This varied and rewarding role offers an excellent opportunity to join Keoghs'' thriving Corporate Sector Risk Practice, working with a range of high-profile retail clients.The successful candidate will predominantly handle a litigated caseload, while also managing a number of cases from the pre-litigation stage through to conclusion. The role provides exposure to a diverse range of claims and excellent opportunities for professional development within a highly regarded and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes, identifying areas requiring further investigation and evidence gathering. Utilise the firm''s Case Management System effectively to progress files efficiently from instruction through to conclusion. Draft legal documentation, including Defences, witness statements, and other pleadings as required. Attend court hearings, trials, settlement conferences, and other proceedings, either in person or remotely, as required. Achieve individual and team performance targets, including chargeable hours, work in progress (WIP), and the accurate capture of client management information (MI).
