Our client, a leading facilities maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled engineer to join their team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy commercial environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure critical building systems and equipment remain fully operational. You''ll be part of a professional engineering team committed to delivering a high-quality maintenance service. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical building services equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including motors, drives, sensors, control panels and associated systems. Support mechanical maintenance activities where required, including work on pumps, motors, bearings, belts and other plant equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations. Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately using the site''s maintenance management system. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the reliability of building services. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
