Job title: Maintenance TechnicianJob type: Temporary - OngoingLocation: Peterlee,SR8 2HXPay Rate: 20.33 per hour Up to 46,514 Dependant on Experience (paid overtime available) Working Hours:36.5 hours per weekShifts:4 Crew, 3 Shifts per week (days/nights rotation, Mon - Sat) Key Tasks and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown maintenance on:Automated Metal Cutting Equipment including Laser and Plasma Automated Paint PlantRobotic Welding SystemsWelding equipmentHydraulic and Pneumatic SystemsElectronic Torque equipmentAutomated Moving Lines/AGVsHydraulic PressesOverhead and Semi Goliath CranesCompleting Dynamic Risk Assessments along with adhering to the company''s Health and Safety policyUtilising the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP PM, Agility etc) to review previous breakdown data and record actions taken on breakdown recoveriesDiagnosing PLC concerns and implementing program changesComplete training and further learning as requiredBreakdown root cause identification and countermeasure implementationRequirements:Experience relevant to an industrial manufacturing environmentCompleted an accredited apprenticeship and be multi-skilled in ..... full job details .....
