The company carries out construction, refurbishment and facilities maintenance work, supporting clients with a range of building and maintenance requirements. This is an opportunity for a skilled Multi-Skilled Operative to use their practical experience across different trades and contribute to delivering high-quality work. Objectives As an important member of the Facilities Team, the Multi-Skilled Operative will carry out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work across a variety of projects. You will support other teams where required, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities As a Multi-Skilled Operative, your duties include: Carrying out first and second fix joinery on construction and refurbishment projects Installing doors, door frames, ironmongery, fire door sets and partitions Fitting kitchens, worktops, flooring systems and timber features Constructing stud walls, ceilings and timber structures Completing finishing work, including skirting boards, architraves and trims Repairing doors, windows, locks and other building components Carrying out minor plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, painting and general maintenance tasks ..... full job details .....
