My client, a leading UK manufacturer is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Staffordshire production site.

This role offers career progression to senior levels, an OTE of -60,000, 33 days holiday and premium pay for weekend work.

Role Overview:

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work a double days rotating shift pattern, maintaining production machinery and manufactuing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault-finding and maintenance of industrial machinery
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance
• Assessing spare parts requirements and prioritising workload
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high safety standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Time-served electrical/apprenticeship qualification or equivalent
• Experience with industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication
