Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: Maintenance EngineerOverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the ongoing growth of our operations within the window manufacturing sector. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a range of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across all site machineryDiagnose faults and perform repairs on: Sensors, relays, and drivesInvertersCNC machinerySawsPlastic weldersBlasting machinesEnsure equipment operates efficiently and safelySupport continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering functionWork closely with the Engineering Manager and production teamsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a maintenance engineering roleStrong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skillsExperience working with industrial machinery (CNC, drives, etc.)Background in fenestration (windows/doors manufacturing) is advantageous but not essentialTime-served engineers welcome - formal qualifications are not requiredTraining and DevelopmentComprehensive training will be providedOpportunities for progression will depend on business growth over the next 12 monthsReporting StructureReports directly to the Engineering ManagerWorking Hours and Shift Pattern40 hours per weekAfters shift pattern: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AMFriday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PMSalary and BenefitsSalary: 39,520 per annumOvertime / shift allowance: Not ..... full job details .....
