The successful candidate will have proven experience within a manufacturing based environment and will be electrically biased and will support in the smooth running of the site by delivering planned maintenance and resolving breakdowns. 
 
This is a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Responsibilities & Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or above
• Responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance works 
• Working collaboratively with production teams 
• Relevant engineering qualification
• Carrying out of the engineering activities
• Prioritisation of repair work
• PLC diagnostic experience (not programming)
• Continuous improvement experience, tools and techniques.
• Responsible for driving improvements across the site in terms of hygiene, quality, performance and machinery 
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Participating in root cause analysis and ongoing improvement projects
• Supporting machinery upgrades and new installations
• Consistent focus on health & safety regulations across the site 
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset and approach
