Overview

Multi Skilled Carpenter/Joiner required to work with leading Northumberland based Housing Associations Maintenance Team!Experienced and professional multi skilled carpenter/joiner to work on reactive and planned repairs on domestic social housing properties across Northumberland and the wider region.Responsibilities

Carry out 2nd fix carpentry repairs such as door hanging, kitchen repairs, skirting and architraves, etc.Carry out basic tasks in other trades including tap changes, patch plastering and decorating.Salary and Benefits

Salary:

£33,354 basic salary with expected earnings up to £37,000 plus van and fuel card provided.Hours:

37 hours per week.Location:
