Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: DroitwichShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)Contract: Permanent Join a team that invests in its people. We''re looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Droitwich site, delivering planned and reactive maintenance while driving continuous improvement across production operations. What You''ll Do Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings Support FMEA and continuous improvement activities Identify and implement asset reliability and process improvements Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime What We''re Looking For Recognised engineering apprenticeship HNC in Electrical Engineering preferred (or Mechanical with strong electrical competence) Manufacturing maintenance experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Automation and continuous improvement experience desirable IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable Why Müller?
