Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Gainsborough - £50,000 Days Only Food Manufacturing Overtime availbility Stable Site Training and Progression Forgewell Partners are currently supporting a well-established food manufacturing business in Gainsborough who are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team as part of ongoing investment across the site. The role sits within a busy production environment where engineering plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently. The team is made up of practical, hands-on engineers who work closely with production, focusing not just on reactive breakdowns but also preventative maintenance and improving reliability across the plant. The position will involve working on a variety of production and automated equipment including conveyors, chillers and packaging machinery. From an electrical perspective you ll be fault finding on motors, drives, sensors and PLC-controlled machinery, while also supporting mechanical maintenance across the site including hydraulics and pneumatics. The site operates on a days-only Panama shift pattenr and you''ll work 7 out of the 14 days, which provides good structure and work-life balance compared to many engineering roles.
