This site-based role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in facilities maintenance at a premier retail destination, working Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with training and support to participate in shift patterns including early, late, and weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations You''ll assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs according to company schedules, learning to accurately utilize the CAFM system for all documentation. With guidance from senior engineers, you''ll develop skills in managing JLL subcontractors on-site and understanding escalation procedures for major issues. Documentation and Reporting The role involves learning to produce technical and situational reports, completing activity reports accurately and promptly in line with company procedures, and providing weekly timesheets on schedule.
