Shift Multiskilled EngineerWe are looking to recruit an experienced SHIFT MULTISKILLED ENGINEER to support critical building services maintenance at a medical facility based in CHELSEA, LONDON.Role: Shift Multiskilled Engineer Location: Chelsea, London, SW3 Pay Rate: 19.23 PAYE( 42k equivalent) Temp to perm Contract: 3 Month Contract (Temp to perm) Start Date: 21st September (ASAP) Contract Length: Until 13th December Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Shifts (4 On / 4 Off), Monday to Sunday. ON-CAL: Participation in regional out-of-hours standby rota.The Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Multiskilled Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and breakdown support across a prestigious healthcare and research facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring building services systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Working within a live environment, you will be responsible for fault diagnosis, repairs, compliance activities, contractor supervision, and maintaining high standards of health and safety, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work.Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed ..... full job details .....
