Multi Skilled Engineer

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company for an experienced Multi Skilled Static Engineer to join their team at a commercial site in Manchester City Centre. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repair, and periodic inspection of the full spectrum of building services - including Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water systems, and BMS. This is a static role, meaning you''ll build a deep knowledge of one site and its critical systems, both mechanical and electrical, and play a key part in keeping building operations running smoothly. Job details: - Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical, HVAC, water, and BMS systems to SFG20 standards. - Undertake fault finding, repair, and periodic inspection and testing. - Develop and retain in-depth knowledge of all site-critical systems and their control interfaces. - Fulfil authorised person responsibilities for boilers, pressure vessels, confined spaces, and fuels. - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH, and Permit to Work regulations at all times. - Liaise with site staff, sub-contractors, and operational departments to maintain continuity of service. - Log and report all works accurately via the company''s CAFM system. - Support the incident management group when required.
