You''ll become an important part of the on-site engineering team, responsible for keeping the building, plant and associated services operating safely and reliably.The roleYour day-to-day responsibilities will cover a broad range of building services maintenance, with HVAC and air conditioning forming a key part of the position. You will be responsible for:Completing scheduled PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works across the site.Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on VRV and VRF air conditioning systems.Maintaining HVAC plant and associated mechanical equipment.Working safely with refrigerants in line with current F-Gas legislation.Supporting electrical and general mechanical maintenance where required.Using BMS controls to monitor plant operation, ..... full job details .....
