Take responsibility for three teams across Newcastle, leading from the Metro Centre baseMotivate, support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding serviceDrive performance and create a culture of successOversee smooth daily operations, including stock, compliance and service standardsRepresent the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a fun and memorable experienceThe Person
