No formal teaching qualifications are required initially, as training will be provided.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Trade Lecturers:
Deliver practical lessons to develop students'' hands-on skills and technical knowledge.Programme Leads:
Oversee delivery of construction programmes, managing educators and ensuring curriculum standards.Curriculum Managers:
