The RoleWorking as part of the freight forwarding operation, you''ll be responsible for supporting the smooth movement of shipments from booking through to delivery, working across multiple modes and liaising with customers, overseas offices, carriers and other stakeholders.The role will suit an experienced operator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage their own workload while maintaining a high level of customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day freight forwarding operations across multiple modesCoordinating shipments from booking through to final deliveryLiaising with customers, suppliers, carriers and overseas officesPreparing and checking shipping and customs documentationTracking shipments and keeping customers updated throughout the processResolving operational issues and responding to customer ..... full job details .....
