French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German language skills are essential. Exciting role for a travel professional from an inbound travel company seeking career growth with a reputable travel company. Multi-Lingual Inbound Operations Executive Duties: Develop tailor-made package and itineraries and managing of group travel requests. Efficiently handle and respond to email requests. Negotiating rates with suppliers and checking availability Creation of client proposals and following up in native languages either French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German. Booking all necessary travel components and services. Apply profit mark-ups and provide transparent quotations to customers. Preparing and issue invoices, through Tour Plan booking software maintaining accurate financial records. Handle rooming lists and prepare client vouchers for all travel services. Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure smooth coordination Working as a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
