Multi-Skilled Plumber

Location: Norwood Green, London
Pay: £14.52 - £15.93 per hour
Contract: Temporary (3 Months, with potential to be extended)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our client's maintenance team in Norwood Green, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across mechanical and plumbing systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plumbing, heating, hot and cold water, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
• Undertaking minor installation works and maintenance projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
• Supporting the upkeep of plant, equipment, and building services.
• Escorting contractors carrying out maintenance and inspection works.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing work requests within agreed timescales.
• Participating in inspections, testing, and compliance activities.
• Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance team.
• Travelling between sites when required.

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Services, Refrigeration, or a related discipline.
• Experience working on plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.
• A recognised specialism such as Gas, Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, or a similar mechanical discipline.
• Water Safety Training.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• A valid Standard DBS check.
