Working closely with internal housing teams, lettings officers, support services and external agencies, you will ensure residents receive the guidance and support needed to secure and sustain long-term housing.The successful candidate will play a vital role in overcoming barriers to rehousing, supporting residents through the move process, and ensuring all statutory and legal requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of households ready to move from temporary accommodation into settled housing.Assess housing needs and update housing assessments where required.Match households to suitable accommodation options including private rented sector, supported housing, social housing and choice-based lettings.Identify and ..... full job details .....
