We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Move Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Move Manager, you'll guide customers through one of life's biggest milestones. From their initial enquiry through to the successful completion of their move, you'll be their trusted point of contact, ensuring every stage is managed professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing customer enquiries by telephone, email and live chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Taking ownership of each customer's move from enquiry through to completion.
  • Providing expert advice on our removals, storage and additional moving services.
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding moving experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that add value for customers.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure every move runs smoothly.
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively, always aiming for the best possible outcome.
  • Following up with customers to ensure they are delighted with the service received.
  • Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experience through online reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Keeping up to date with company procedures, products and industry developments.

Key Performance Areas

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the customer's journey.
  • Effectively manage incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed moves.
  • Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maximise revenue through value-added products and services.
  • Ensure accurate administration and documentation of every move.
  • Support cost-effective move management through proactive communication and planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and operational processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced customer environment. You'll ideally have:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong listening skills with empathy and a customer-first approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple customers and priorities at once.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, logistics, removals or a similar role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

37.5hrs per week
