What you''ll be doing: Managing customer enquiries by telephone, email and live chat with professionalism and enthusiasm. Taking ownership of each customer''s move from enquiry through to completion. Providing expert advice on our removals, storage and additional moving services. Building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding moving experience. Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that add value for customers. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure every move runs smoothly. Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively, always aiming for the best possible outcome. Following up with customers to ensure they are delighted with the service received.
