You will be joining the team as a Motor Vehicle Trainer, delivering high-quality training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners studying IMI programmes at the organisation''s leading college

You will have the opportunity to bring your hands-on industry experience into the classroom and workshop, helping learners develop the practical and theoretical skills they need to progress within the automotive industry.

The Role

*Delivering high-quality Motor Vehicle training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners
*Delivering IMI programmes across a range of Motor Vehicle disciplines
*Supporting learners to develop their practical and theoretical automotive skills
*Creating an engaging and positive learning environment
*Contributing to curriculum development
*Supporting employer engagement and developing industry links
*Helping learners achieve strong outcomes and progress into further education or employment

The Person

*A Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent IMI qualification
*Strong hands-on industry experience within the automotive sector
*Recognised teaching and/or assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them progress
*The motivation to contribute to curriculum development and employer engagement
