Training and Development Coach - Motor Vehicle

Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Training and Development Coach to join the Construction and Motor team at a well-established further education college in the Blackburn area. This is a full-time temporary role, starting 12 October 2026 for approximately 4 weeks, providing cover for a member of staff during a period of absence. The successful candidate will deliver and assess the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship, alongside workplace coaching, assessment and progress reviews. The role will be based in the Blackburn area, with travel required across Lancashire to employer premises. Deliver and assess against the requirements of the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship standard. Deliver practical workshop sessions safely and in line with health and safety requirements. Assess apprentices'' knowledge, skills and behaviours and provide clear, developmental feedback. Maintain accurate records of teaching, assessment, progress and off-the-job training.
