Mortgage UnderwriterLondon£50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and benefitsOur client is a well-established and award winning bank who are keen to appoint an experienced Mortgage Underwriter.The successful candidate will be an experienced BTL Mortgage Underwriter located in and around London and the South or Southeast.You will be;Based within several of our intermediary firms, you be assessing complex BTL applicationsWorking closely with the new lending director, operations manager and sales team to build solid working relationships with key broker firmsMaintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders including underwriters, surveyors, legal and credit risk.Working promptly and with pace to manage a pipeline of cases through to offer whilst maintaining risk appetite and qualityDealing with queries and enquiries effectively, accurately, and professionally, delivering excellent customer serviceThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our client during an unprecedented period of growth.In the first instance please send your CV in confidence to Lucy Davies ..... full job details .....
