Provide expert mortgage advice to customers, guiding them through their home buying journeyWork closely with the branch team to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experienceDrive profitability and growth of your branch as if it were your own businessBuild relationships and convert property valuations into completed mortgage applicationsStay ahead of market trends and become the go-to mortgage expert in your areaCollaborate with your team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectationsContribute to a positive, customer-focused branch cultureExperience / Qualifications

Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targetsExperience advising on mortgage products (CeMAP qualified or equivalent preferred)Full UK driving licence (may occasionally need to visit local branches)Must live within a 40-minute drive of your base officeCustomer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for helping people secure their homesDriven and ambitious, thriving in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic aligned with values of honesty, respect and trustAbility to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared successFor more information regarding the role of
