What You''ll Do - Responsibilities
As a lawyer in the Domain Disputes team in our Brand Protection division, you will engage directly with clients to address a variety of online intellectual property rights infringement issues. We are looking for a digital-savvy, positive-minded legal professional eager to contribute to our team''s growth in a dynamic, international setting.
Your main responsibilities will include providing consultancy and legal advice on online brand protection and enforcement, with a particular focus on domain names. You will oversee domain name enforcement cases comprehensively.
Additionally, your role is critical in driving the department''s revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the nurturing of existing client relationships.
Legal Consultancy: Provide expert advice on online brand protection, with a strong focus on domain enforcementDrafting: Prepare legal documents including CandD letters, UDRP/URS complaints, DMCA notices, and settlement agreementsCase Management: Handle filings and maintain up-to-date case records in our internal systemsClient Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing ongoing updates and reportsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Protection colleagues, IT and Security, and Customer Support to ensure seamless client experienceExecution and Initiative: Deliver high-quality results and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement based on trends and insights
Who You Are - Qualifications
Law degreeAt least 1-year prior experience in a law firm or in-house roleExperience with Domain disputes proceedings / UDRP strongly preferredStrong legal and business English (other languages are a plus)Excellent research and digital analysis skillsDetail-oriented, structured, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesSkilled communicator with a passion for team leadership and operational excellenceResults-driven, proactive, and eager to shape and scale legal processes
