Respond promptly to broker and internal queries. Chase outstanding information, documents and actions. Work with Underwriting to package applications effectively. Keep case notes, communications and next steps up to date. Manage priorities, service levels and broker expectations. Escalate blockers and support smoother pipeline movement.ProfilePrior customer service experience. A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion. An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly.
