Mobile M&E Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive-Mobile M&E Supervisor-to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties.

As a-Mobile M&E Supervisor, you will combine strong technical knowledge with effective team leadership, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and remedial works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, provide technical support, liaise with clients and ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

As our-Mobile M&E Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and inspire a team of 3 technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operations
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with SLA targets
• Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed within acceptable timescales
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and address any concerns or issues
• Attend client calls and meetings where required ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly
• Provide first-line management by conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and supporting individual development
• Carry out risk assessments, site log book and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation and company procedures

We''re looking for a-Mobile M&E Supervisor-with a strong background in commercial building services and facilities maintenance.

You''ll ideally have:

• Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic systems
• Ability to carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects
