Mobile MandE Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Mobile MandE Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties. As a Mobile MandE Supervisor, you will combine strong technical knowledge with effective team leadership, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and remedial works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, provide technical support, liaise with clients and ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and operational. Key Responsibilities: As our Mobile MandE Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Lead and inspire a team of 3 technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operations Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with SLA targets Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed within acceptable timescales Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and address any concerns or issues Attend client calls and meetings where required ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly Provide first-line management by conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and supporting individual development Carry out risk assessments, site log book and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation and company procedures ..... full job details .....
