Are you a qualified MandE engineer with considerable supervisory experience?Are you looking to join a forward thinking service provider with excellent leadership as they enter an exciting phase of their development?We are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, for a growing service provider to work on their flagship commercial contract in London. Within the Mobile Technical Supervisor role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of qualified electrical and mechanical foot mobile engineers to ensure a first class delivery of maintenance services on a newly won commercial contract.In addition to a great starting salary of £55,000 you will also have opportunities to progress, all travel paid and a competitive holiday allowance. This is an exciting time to join this well established company on their new contract.Within the Foot Mobile Maintenance Supervisor role you will be responsible for:Supervising and supporting a team of foot mobile engineers across multiple sites

Coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance schedules

Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction

Managing CAFM system updates and reporting (JobLogic)

Raising PO numbers and overseeing job completion

Assisting on engineering escalations and being on hand to deliver first class engineering services

All sites under your responsibility for this client are based in central London.Requirements

Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (fully qualified) and ideally multi skilled (Level 3, 18th edition, NVQ/City and Guilds)

Experience of working as a supervisor for a service provider previously on corporate contracts

A strong understanding of building compliance, PPM management and health and safety

A great attitude to work, a team player with strong client facing skills
