OverviewFull Time, Permanent – Mobile Fabric Engineer

Salary Range:

£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Experience:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer with at least 3–5 years’ proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have previous experience within the retail sector (preferred but not essential). You must be flexible, hands-on, and a strong team player with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Location:

This is a mobile role covering South-East and South-West London. The successful candidate’s base store will be the one closest to their home, however, regular travel to different stores will be required to complete maintenance works.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across multiple retail sites

General building repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling and general handyman tasks

Ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Liaising with store teams and management to ensure minimal disruption to operations

Completing all required documentation and reporting in line with company procedures
