Mobile Maintenance Electrician Location: Within the M25 and a 25-mile radius Salary: 45,000 - 48,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Overtime + Call Out Payments Full Time Permanent The Role We are seeking a qualified and self-motivated Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our growing building services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and remedial works across a variety of commercial properties within the M25 and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role requiring excellent technical knowledge, strong fault-finding abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining electrical and building services systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and associated building services equipment. Undertake reactive maintenance and respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs. Diagnose electrical faults and carry out remedial repairs efficiently and safely. Complete annual distribution board inspections and testing. Conduct EICR inspections and testing in line with 5-year certification requirements. Perform annual 3-hour emergency lighting tests. Carry out monthly emergency lighting inspections and reporting. Complete routine monthly lighting checks across client sites. Assist with the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
