Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Mobile MandE / Building Services Engineer to cover London, salary to 48k plus overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in London Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM''s Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc Changing lamps Changing / cleaning filters Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in London, van and all parking permits etc provided. Experience required Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background. Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge Electrical NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 qualified along with 18th Edition. Good Mechanical HVAC experience Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
