Job description Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works Knowledge of one of the following: heating systems, control panels, CCTV, fire alarm systems, UPS Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent with 18th edition wiring regulations Experience of mechanical/plant room/Commercial environments Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities Clean Uk Driving License Benefits 45,000 per annum DOE Door2Door travel pay Overtime 33 Days Holiday Ipad Iphone Vehicle (personal use) Private Healthcare Contributory Pension ..... full job details .....
