Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Mobile Fabric Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a-Mobile Fabric Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-Mobile Fabric Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing &-carpentry, and painting &-decorating.

• Working to high standards of health & safety and statutory requirements.

• Ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are completed for all equipment.

• Reporting any defects and keeping clients informed of site activities.

• Delivering both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer-role you must have:

• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent).

• Strong customer service skills.

• A background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar field (desirable).

• A full UK driving licence.
