Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 20 commercial buildings located in South the South of England. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (CandG / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The sites include Cambridge, Bishop Stortford, Reading, Birmingham (once a month), Milton Keynes and West Malling. Due to the location of the sites it would probably suit someone based in Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire.

Key duties and Responsibilities

- Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm Maintenance- Carry out PPM''s and Reactive maintenance- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds etc)- Tap Temps- Ensuring log books are kept up to date- Escorting specialist sub contractors- Assisting other engineers- Offering technical support

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

Requirements

- City and Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 and 3- 17th or 18th Edition- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance- An understanding of commercial building maintenance- Multi-skilled- Good communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch
