Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 20 commercial buildings located in South the South of England. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (CandG / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm MaintenanceCarry out PPM''s and Reactive maintenanceAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds etc)Tap TempsEnsuring log books are kept up to dateEscorting specialist sub contractorsAssisting other engineersOffering technical supportHours of workMonday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00Requirements

City and Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 and 317th or 18th EditionYou must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceAn understanding of commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsYou must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patchPackage
