Mobile Electrical Engineer
A Mobile Electrical Engineer is required in London to deliver reactive repairs, remedial works and planned preventative maintenance across operational sites. The role covers low-voltage electrical systems, with a strong focus on fault diagnosis, inspection, testing and compliant maintenance. Working as part of a coordinated mobile engineering team, you''ll also support emergency lighting, generator testing and standby-power resilience while managing work independently across London. The Role As the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you''ll: Diagnose electrical faults, safely isolate systems and complete repairs and functional testing. Deliver electrical PPM and remedial works in line with SFG20 requirements. Inspect and test installations, completing accurate certificates, test results and defect reports. Maintain and test emergency lighting systems, identifying failures and replacement requirements. Conduct generator and standby-power load testing and escalate risks affecting emergency power. Coordinate access, permits and isolations while following approved safe systems of work. Support wider mobile engineering requirements when primary contract workloads permit. About You To be successful as the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you''ll have: A Level 3 electrical installation and maintenance qualification or recognised equivalent.
